-
On point 2, the SoC is only calibrated after several hours because the SoC algorithm requests at least 2% of difference between the real SoC and the estimated with the OCV tables to calibrate.
-
On point 5, could you confirm how many BMUs are being connected in parallel in the System? In case of having more than 1 BMU in parallel, could you share the information (SoC, max/min voltage and current) from each individual BMU? This will help us to interpret the data better.

The Battery was discharging until the real SoC reached 9%. It then stopped discharging at 15:30.
-
At 23:00 the real SoC of the Battery was calibrated due to the average cell voltage OCV. This is because the difference between the real SoC (9% before that moment) and the OCV estimation based on the average cell voltage was higher than 2%. For this reason, the real SoC changed by approximately 2% at 23:00.
-
Then, the Battery started discharging again until the minimum cell voltage reached the voltage limit (3250 mV). It then stopped discharging at 00:45.
-
After a few minutes, the Battery was calibrated again by the average cell voltage OCV. In this case, the real SoC was calibrated to a value under the Minimum SoC.
-
Then, your EMS triggered a 1 kW forced charge. The Battery was charging at approximately 1 A. At this low current, the SoC algorithm was checking the OCV table with the average cell voltage. So, probably the difference between the real SoC and the estimated by the OCV table was not higher than 2%. For this reason, the real SoC wasn't changed during this period.
